WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No returns. If an item is damaged during transit, collector is entitled to a refund, less shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All shipping -- domestic and international -- is at cost to the collector. This includes all insurance and customs fees.
DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY/PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! Payment plans up to five months are available. Terms include 20% nonrefundable deposit. If you need more than five months, send a query with a proposed payment schedule for consideration.
